Selecting an AMS Auger Filling Machine
AMS is the leading auger filler machine manufacturer. The company specializes in providing standard systems and custom solutions for filling and check weighing needs for small production lines to large manufacturing and processing companies.
The company provides over thirty-five years of experience as an auger filling machine provider. This experience allows us to design custom equipment and systems for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and food and beverage processing industries. AMS also works with companies outside of these industries for custom solutions to their filling needs.
Quality and Accuracy
Two hallmarks of any auger filler from AMS are quality in manufacturing and accuracy in precision filling. AMS's systems are designed to be user-friendly, allowing for easy pre-set and adjustments that avoid downtime on processing and production lines.
AMS offers different solutions in auger filling machines, including semi-automatic and fully automatic systems. We provide specialized equipment for high-speed lines, filling of dry products with our cup fillers, and by-weight augers that are practical, simple in design, and offer a long duty life with low maintenance requirements. .
SEMI-AUTOMATIC AUGER FILLERS
Available models: Twin, Servo-Driven, and Benchtop
The AMS semi-automatic filling machine is the industry standard for filling. It has a heavy-duty drive to deliver extended service in demanding machine applications. This type of machine is incredibly versatile and economical and can fill a wide range of products. Depending on the application, accuracy can also average +/- 1% or better. Even though they do involve some labor, these machines are simple to use and require minimal operator training.
AUTOMATIC AUGER FILLERS
Available models: Economy, Single, and Single with Checkweigher
We built our automatic auger filling line to comply with all standards of the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, and chemical industries. We employ high-grade stainless steel and PLC controls to ensure quality and precision. By using commercially available parts, we minimize your cost of ownership and maximize your bottom line. This line of auger fillers offers highly reliable, accurate, and efficient automation suitable for almost any rigid container packaging.
AUTOMATIC AUGER FILLERS
Available models: Dual-head and Multi-head Systems
Utilizing its two-station design, the dual-head auger filler can increase production rates, perform bulk and dribble fills, or put two products in the same container. The dual-head auger filler also features a 10-foot conveyor, PLC controls, electric full bottom-up lift, vibration, and a fully enclosed cabinet base. We can also configure additional inline heads designed to provide your company with the highest production rates while maintaining unsurpassed accuracy.
HI-SPEED CONTINUOUS MOTION AUGER FILLER
Available model: Continuous Motion Auger Filling System
AMS continuous motion rotary fillers solve difficult container handling and product settling problems at high line speeds. By combining AMS auger fillers or combination scales with up to 36 station turrets, the filling machines provide smooth production speeds of up to 700 containers per minute. These fillers offer higher operating speeds and enhanced filling over traditional in-line auger fillers. By design, continuous-motion rotary fillers produce less wear on their parts.
